Hi, I’m Chris Grundy. I’m a Sydney-based wedding photographer with over a decade of experience documenting celebrations across Australia and beyond.

I’ve always been drawn to storytelling. The kind found in fleeting glances, quiet gestures and shared laughter. Weddings are full of these moments, and photography has given me a way to honour them all.

With a background in fine art and commercial photography, my work is rooted in a documentary style that’s calm, intuitive and built on trust. I won’t direct or interrupt the flow of your day. I simply observe and capture what unfolds, with no staging or stiff posing. Just honest, beautifully composed images that reflect how it all felt.

I love travelling, meeting new people and discovering (or revisiting) places that are meaningful to the couples I work with. Whether your wedding is big or small, local or overseas, my goal is to keep things relaxed and make the whole experience feel effortless.

Alongside digital coverage, I also offer Super 8 films and fine art prints. These are tangible ways to relive the day long after it’s over.
